Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the Continental United States .  All orders on items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days of the order being paid for and will take 8-10 business days to arrive at their destination. All overseas orders will be accompanied with a $30 shipping charge.

30-Day Return Policy

We are confident that all of our customers will be more than happy with their new Vie Jewelry piece(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

All sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. Returns and/or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

All Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

• The original Invoice must accompany the returned item.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

• Return shipping must be paid by customer and any paid charges are not refundable.

• Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

• Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order

• All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $19.95 plus applicable taxes per item
